Every family must have children and have their own activities. So, here are some activities after waking up japanese people:

1.    Brushing Teeth and Washing Face

The first activity that they do after waking up is brushing teeth and washing face. Why do they do them for the first activity? You think that it’s not strange. But, after you knew it. You’ll think that it’s very strange. You know what? After brushing teeth and washing face, they are immediate to go to school or to the office or the other activities without bathing.  Because, for Japanese habits, bathing was seen as a closing activity on that day. When they are going to sleep, usually like to take a shower first or soak in Ofura (soaking tub). So, they feel relaxed after a day of activity. So, Japanese people like to dissolve night. Interestingly, Japanese people only bathe once a day, which is when they are going to sleep. Early in the morning, they will not take a bath again, but only wash their faces and brush their teeth. After that they go straight leaving for their respective activities.

2.    Breakfast

Same with the other countries, before we go or do activities in the morning, we have to eat. Because breakfast is the first meal of the day when taken in the morning. Usually, if we are breakfast at home, the meal is preparing by mother. Do you know? What are the meals for breakfast?
There are some choice meals for breakfast like yoshinoya, komeda coffee, fujisoba, ramen, tamagoyaki, yakizakana, tsukemono and many others. Do you know, what are foods? If you don’t know it, keep reading in this blog.

3.    Bento ( )

The first lunch box for people only uses leaves to wrap their food. The leaves used are usually banana leaves or teak leaves. Then in Japan, a lunch box in the form of a small wooden box wrapped in a cloth. This is used so that the food in the box does not spill. So the uniqueness of the lunch box in Japan is the food that has been put into the lunch box and then wrapped in cloth again, that is a habit that is always done by people in Japan. So, what is the name of lunch box in Japan?

Bento ( or ) or O-Bento is a Japanese name for lunch foods in the form of rice and side dishes in practical packaging that can be carried and consumed elsewhere. Like packaged rice, bento can be eaten as lunch. Bento is usually packaged for one person portion, although in a broad sense it can mean food for groups or families. Bento is bought or prepared at home. So, usually the bento is made and prepared by the mother at home for her children and her husband. So, the role of the mother in the family is very important in helping her family.

When purchased, bento is equipped with one-time chopsticks, along with flavorings that are adjusted to the side dish, such as soy sauce or uster sauce in mini packs. The distinctive feature of Bento is the arrangement of side dishes and colors to be unsightly and inviting. Bento can also be decorated and arranged neatly in a style called Kyaraben.
And after that, they carry out their respective activities such as cleaning the house, work or school.

So, those are the activities of Japanese people after waking up with their uniqueness. The activities that they do is normal for other countries but there are unique things that are not done in other countries.
